Patient Service Representative

We are looking for a Patient Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating financial responsibilities, and ensuring that our patients have a positive experience when they visit our facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a medical office or customer service environment preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing preferred
