Job Description
The Shipping Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator will oversee the entire process of managing & ordering inventory, building & shipping packages, and processing returns. The role is crucial to ensuring our customers don’t miss a beat on the road.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Consulting, Project Management — Logistics Operations & Supply Chain experience a plus
- Self-proclaimed problem solver & builder
- Self-sufficient & resourceful - you have a proven track record of meeting and excelling on your KPIs
- Bonus! Worked with agencies or BPOs
- Strong written & oral communication
- Experience with Google Suite - Salesforce a plus
