This role involves providing technical expertise, developing solutions with a focus on business impact, and maintaining high code quality. The team is collaborative and delivers solutions with speed and efficiency, working closely with product, architectural, and team leads.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer
- Hands-on experience with Go, Ruby, or Node
- Experience with AWS (or equivalent)
- Strong hands-on experience with generative AI technologies (GPT, Copilot, Cursor)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, high-priority environment.
