Job Description
Cloudflare is seeking an Application Security Engineer to provide technical implementation and migration services for enterprise clients. This role focuses on Layer 7 products like DDoS, WAF, API Gateway, and more, requiring a specialist in Internet Security. The position involves hands-on execution, customer guidance, and contributing to the company’s growth through knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer facing position.
- Understanding of Layers and protocols of the OSI model.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Bash) and a desire to expand those skills.
- Demonstrated experience with security aspects of an internet property (DNS, WAFs, etc.).
- Ability to manage a project and work to deadlines.
