Job Description
The Helpdesk Manager will be responsible for managing a team of helpdesk staff to provide rapid and quality support to CHAI staff worldwide. The person in this position will implement and maintain policies and procedures, manage the ticketing system, and evaluate new information systems products or services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of seven years of relevant work experience
- More than two years of experience in a managerial role overseeing IT support or helpdesk teams
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and experience in implementing IT service management best practices
- Proficiency in managing Office365, Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and other IT infrastructure components
