Job Description
Clintar is seeking Landscape and Snow Supervisors to oversee field operations and ensure high-quality service. This role involves supervising crew leadership, managing equipment and training, maintaining facility organization, and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Requirements
- 3+ years in commercial landscape/snow a benefit
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Expertise in heavy equipment operation an asset
- University/college degree preferred
- Horticulture, Landscape, CLT, CIT, CHT, or ASM/CSP certifications are assets
- Proficient in writing reports, proposals, and business correspondence
- Good customer service skills are essential
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliability, ability to respond to emergencies
