Job Description
CHN is seeking individuals to support the mission of Planned Parenthood by providing financial assistance to patients seeking care. The Financial Verification Specialist will manage patient financial inquiries, address insurance issues, and ensure accurate benefits enrollment. This role requires exceptional customer service, financial literacy, and a commitment to racial equity.
