Job Description
Talent Acquisition Manager (80%) plays a key role in Climeworks' success by identifying future Climeworkers, making a lasting impact on our growth and mission.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or similar
- At least two years of in-house recruitment experience managing the full process
- Strong knowledge of active sourcing and modern recruitment practices
- Fluent in English and good German skills
