Job Description
Client Direct Mortgage is seeking an energetic and experienced Account Executive to support Loan Officers in a fast-paced and innovative mortgage company. The Account Executive will establish a 'Coach-Athlete relationship' with Loan Officers, assist with accountability, and provide mentorship and guidance to help them become high-converting sales professionals.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience as a mortgage Account Executive
- 1+ years Computer Science / IT higher education instructor experience a plus
- Great observer and able to take what someone does (not says) and provide real-time coaching
- Great at helping people get out of their own way
- Love brainstorming and sharing solutions, and the ability to develop others using various techniques, tools, and communication styles
- Relate well to all kinds of people
- Enjoy monitoring processes, progress, and results
- Ability to manage multiple projects and time
- Adept at managing competing demands; can easily change your approach or method to fit the situation best
