Job Description

• You are responsible for team management and team leadership of the content marketing team
• You develop services & products for sales & efficiency increase and design new ones
• You lead and manage projects goal-oriented and lead customers with the inclusion of current AI developments to success
• You design content marketing campaigns and lead them sovereign & creatively
• You design complex workflows for marketing automation and implement them
• You advise & advise key account customers in the area of inbound & content marketing
• You prepare pitches and appointments for new customer acquisition and lead them sovereign through
• You design training sessions, workshops & product demos and lead them sovereign through
• You find proactive topics, plan & create topic-relevant contributions for internal marketing and check them professionally

Requirements

• You have completed your education or studies in the field of online marketing, communication science, humanities or media management
• You have relevant professional experience in the field of content marketing, inbound marketing, and marketing automation, ideally in e-commerce or at an agency
• You have in-depth and cross-channel knowledge in the field of online marketing, especially in content marketing and social media marketing
• You are experienced in strategic planning of content marketing strategies and have excellent skills in creating high-quality content
• You have already had leadership responsibility and love to move yourself and your team forward
• You have a good feeling for people, an eye for details, secure German language skills, and fluent English language skills
• You are a team player and cooperation with other teams and communication with various stakeholders comes easily to you

Nice to Have

• You have a secure handling of the application of agile project methods
• Knowledge of working with common web analysis systems like Google Analytics, Sistrix, Google Search Console is characteristic
