Maintenance Machinist I

This position supports Click Bond’s Operations and, under direct supervision, is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, secondary equipment, facility equipment and the facility grounds.

Requirements

• Perform highly diversified mechanical duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facilities equipment
• Utilizing the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), complete assigned repair work orders, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and projects
• Fabricate parts out of diverse types of material with or without the assistance of a print or drawing
• Read and interpret key documents including equipment logs, equipment documentation, blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
• Handle and utilize compressed air and other gases safely and effectively
• Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory
• Perform routine tests and qualifications on equipment and document findings and results
• General maintenance duties such as cleaning floors, removing garbage, unclogging drains
• Utilize basic plumbing and carpentry skills to perform repairs
• Safely and efficiently use Rigging and lifting equipment as needed
• Operating a fork-lift as needed
• Report immediately all suspicious and hazardous conditions to a supervisor
• Understand and observe all safety guidelines and assure quality and safety by complying with all appropriate CB policies and procedures
• Assist in maintaining clean, orderly, and hazard-free work areas
• Able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and be detail oriented
• Other duties as assigned
