Full-Time Security Officer

The Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) is seeking a Full-Time Security Officer to ensure the safety of all building scholars and staff. The Security Officer will perform duties such as submitting written safety and incident reports, developing strategies to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering school buildings, and overseeing the operation of magnetometers and X-ray machines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in related school or urban safety and security procedures
• OPOTC, 120 hours, private police certification, required
