Senior Operations Program Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Program Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing a series of interconnected projects, initiatives, and actions aimed at achieving specific long-term goals for the Operations Teams.

Requirements

• Design, document, implement, and oversee operations programs
• Create and maintain standardized documentation and processes
• Develop and conduct training sessions
• Work closely with internal teams
• Track program performance and present findings to senior leadership
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes
• Lead and document change initiatives
