Dietitian (PRN)

Our hospital provides high-quality care that transforms the lives of those living with disabling injuries and illnesses. The Dietitian (PRN) designs and implements therapeutic nutritional care plans for patients, based on physician’s diagnosis, utilizing general dietetic standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team in the nutritional aspects of patient care
• Monitors and documents patient progress and consults with physicians as needed
• Educates and provides guidance to staff, patients, and families regarding diet and food plans
• Maintains current diet manual for therapeutic diets
• Provides an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors, and staff
• Maintains regular attendance in keeping with assigned work schedule
