Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

Clearsite is a leading hydrovac and vacuum-excavation partner seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to oversee the safe and efficient operation of their service lines. This role involves leading field operations, providing training, addressing compliance, and driving continuous improvement in safety performance. The EHS Manager will ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture.

Requirements

• Field safety leadership
• Lead site safety audits
• Ensure high-quality JHAs/JSAs
• Verify and issue required permits
• Partner with Operations on site walks
• Lead incident/near-miss investigations
• Own New-Hire Safety Orientation
• Manage the Safety Committee and Behavior-Based Safety / Good Catch / Near-Miss program
• Maintain and inspect safety-critical gear
• Maintain and inspect safety-critical gear
• Keep training records current
• Maintain SOPs and regulatory programs aligned to OSHA 1910/1926 and service-specific needs
