Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Program Manager to lead all phases of client programs and oversee the budget, implementation, and performance of our residential energy efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant project management experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Bachelor's degree required; MS or MBA preferred
- Proven ability to manage large-scale programs ($5–10M annual revenue)
- Experience leading multi-functional teams (10–30 people)
- Expertise in contract development and execution
- A track record of driving process and tool improvements
