CLEAResult is looking for an Operations Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will manage program data, conduct analysis, and perform client and internal reporting. The role requires 3-6 years of experience in data management and customer service, and proficiency in Excel. The target compensation is $50,000.00, with a range of $48,800.00 - $66,300.00.
Requirements
- Manage program data and conduct analysis
- Assist Program Manager with Program utility braiding and other program metrics
- Perform client and internal reporting and communications with exceptional attention to accuracy and professionalism
- Train, review work quality, oversee timelines, address system functionality, and drive process improvements in cooperation with co-workers
- Enter, track and report on customer data using a variety of tools
- Communicate with customers regarding Program eligibility via email and phone
- Participate in team and/or client meetings to provide updates and address action items, identify and escalate issues or areas of concern
- Be responsive and sensitive to customers’ needs, and document each contact with the customer and any referring agency
- Ensure adherence to internal and system protocols to use CLEAResult systems, documents, and tools, especially concerning confidential customer financial data
- Ensure the Program Manager and other stakeholders remain informed of the status of projects
- Have a track record of displaying excellent judgment and independent decision-making for matters concerning project execution, data storage, and data organization
