Job Description
Clear Junction is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join their Finance team. The role involves processing bank statements, reconciling payments, and handling all financial investigations. The company is a fast-growing, fintech-led payments platform based in Riga, Latvia.
Requirements
- Originating from the banking, finance or payment industry
- High degree of accuracy with data entry
- Ability to work in evening shifts
- Excellent arithmetic skills
- Great attention to details
- Results orientated
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
- Working with Swift messaging and Excel modelling
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Practical experience in Swift messaging (MT/MX format is a plus)
- Excellent English (spoken and written skills)
- Swift messaging (knowledge of MT/MX formats)
