The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in month-end close procedures, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Lead full-cycle month-end close processes
• Manage Yardi workflows
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee company-wide expense management
• Develop and enhance internal control procedures
• Reconcile complex accounts
• Partner with property management teams
• Collaborate with external tax advisors
• Support annual audits
• Conduct ad hoc analyses
