Job Description
Terraces at DeKalb is Hiring Maintenance Technicians! The Maintenance Technician's primary duty is to perform repairs and conduct preventative maintenance throughout the apartment community.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of Property Management Maintenance Experience
- General knowledge of plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair
- EPA Certified is a bonus
- Positive attitude with strong verbal communication skills: will work with a variety of staff, residents, and vendors
- Reliable Transportation
- Available for duty on a rotational basis for after-hours emergency
