Job Description
Coves at Columbus Apartments is hiring Maintenance Technicians to perform repairs, conduct preventative maintenance, and respond to emergency situations throughout the apartment community. This is a full-time position with rotational on-call shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of Property Management Maintenance Experience
- General knowledge of plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair
- EPA Certified is a bonus
- Positive attitude
- Reliable Transportation
- Available for duty on a rotational basis for after-hours emergency
