Job Description
The Coves at Columbus is seeking a Leasing Agent to join their team. This role focuses on maximizing occupancy and resident satisfaction, with responsibilities encompassing prospecting, touring, leasing, and coordination. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong focus on customer service and resident needs.
Requirements
- Greet and engage prospective residents during tours
- Present available units and community amenities
- Communicate the value and benefits of living in Lifestyle Apartments
- Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and occupancy targets
- Accurately process and review lease applications
- Track and manage leasing performance using internal reporting tools
- Coordinate move-in logistics and resident orientations
- Maintain accurate records and clean apartment interiors
