PEO Tax Specialist

Clear Employer Services is a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO) dedicated to helping businesses simplify HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance. We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced PEO Tax Specialist to join our team and ensure the accurate and timely management of all federal, state, and local payroll tax obligations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of multistate payroll tax experience (PEO employer environment strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
• Proficiency with payroll/tax software systems
• Experience with client transitions, account registrations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong professional writing and verbal communication skills
• Resourcefulness, adaptability and open to working with new processes and technologies
