Job Description
CleanChoice Energy is seeking a Director of Asset Management to oversee the financial performance, compliance, and investor relations for their portfolio of operating utility-scale solar projects. The ideal candidate has direct experience in renewable energy asset management and excels at balancing analytical rigor with strong stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in renewable energy asset management or related project operations
- Strong understanding of project finance, tax equity, and loan structures
- Experience managing investor and lender relationships, preparing financial and operational reports, and overseeing compliance with financing documents
- Working knowledge of regulatory reporting under FERC, NERC, RTO/ISO, and state energy agencies
