Job Description
Clean Harbors in Kaukana, WI is seeking a Class A CDL Equipment Operator to perform driving and non-driving duties on and off customer sites for hazardous waste clean-up. The role involves operating heavy-duty trucks and requires knowledge of hazardous materials safety regulations. New hires attend an Academy training out of state.
Requirements
- Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Proper placarding of vehicles.
- Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and various reports.
- Observe all company operating guidelines
- Drive commercially and operate safely.
- Safety and health compliance
- On-call availability for emergency response
- Ability to be on call for emergency response on rotating basis.
- Site-remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling hazardous materials.
