We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to strengthen the commercial success of our locations. The successful candidate will lead the sales strategy and results, lead one Account Manager Event Sales and possibly an intern, and work closely with the Corporate Sales Manager of the Element Hotel and the Marketing department to support sales goals.
Requirements
- Intensive leadership, coaching, and enthusiasm of the sales department
- Achieving the set revenue budgets of Papa's Houses
- Setting up and implementing revenue budgets and sales plans
- Setting up and implementing acquisition and coordinating all work that arises from this
- Optimizing weekly sales updates
- Monthly sales analysis
- Selling large corporate events
- Optimizing (and controlling large events) of offers and confirmations
- Making price agreements within the agreed norms
- Maintaining aftersales
- Maintaining contacts with customers and clients
- Optimizing the MICE reservation system
- Attending trade shows and congresses
