Job Description
We are looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at Papa's Beach House, a growing hospitality brand with over 50 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational management of the kitchen, team structure, procurement, HACCP, recipes, menu compositions, and inventory management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a sous chef
- Product knowledge, hygiene and HACCP regulations, cooking techniques, purchase prices, and general market developments
- Time management skills
- A "can do" mentality
