We're looking for dedicated full-time Customer Service Representatives who can provide exceptional service with every conversation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of direct experience providing excellent customer service over the phone
- Ability to multitask, update notes in CRM, and keep up with phone conversations within a fast-paced environment
- Direct, hands-on experience with CRM software, specifically Service Titan (required)
- Positive, customer service-driven attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability and desire to work independently, come up with solutions, and know how to use your resources
