Job Description
Clasp is seeking an Operations Associate to optimize and scale the core systems that power their benefits administration platform. The role sits at the intersection of business operations, client delivery, and product strategy, and will be ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business operations, consulting, implementation, or customer success
- Experience with benefits, insurance, or HR technology platforms
- Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large, messy datasets
- Working knowledge of SQL to pull, join, and analyze data across systems
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong attention to detail
