Job Description
Optical technicians at EyeCare Partners dispense and fit glasses and contacts to patients. This role requires excellent customer service skills, ability to provide medical support, and a commitment to exceeding patient expectations. The position is based in Bloomington, MN.
Requirements
- Assist patients with frame selection and prescription fitting
- Operate auto-lensometer and manual lensometer
- Verify measurements and repair/adjust frames
- Dispense glasses and/or contact lens orders
- Possess medical office experience or equivalent education
- Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
