Job Description
EyeCare Partners is seeking an Optical Technician to deliver a world-class patient experience and maximize retail sales through dispensing and fitting glasses and contacts. This role involves interacting with patients, collecting measurements, and ensuring accurate frame dispensing.
Requirements
- Previous medical office experience preferred
- Previous ophthalmic experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role or equivalent
- High school diploma or GED required
- ABO and NCLE certifications preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25 lbs
- Strong fine motor skills and full use of hands
- Visual and auditory acuity, including color, depth, and peripheral vision, 100%
