Front Office Specialist

The Front Office Specialist plays a crucial role in providing excellent patient experience. They are responsible for initial patient contact, administrative duties like insurance authorization and payment processing, and office environment maintenance. This position requires a blend of customer service and operational skills within a standard office setting.

Requirements

• Previous medical office experience preferred
• Favorable result on background check
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Physical requirements: walking, sitting, standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling (up to 25 lbs)
• Visual and auditory acuity including color, depth, peripheral vision
