Job Description
Clark Wilson LLP seeks a Billing and Collections Clerk to enhance their billing and collections department team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in paperless billing and collections, preferably in a law firm, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in paperless billing and collections, preferably in a law firm
- Strong communication skills to effectively follow up on outstanding payments
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and CMS/Aderant Accounting software
- Ability to prioritize high volumes of tasks and competing priorities
- Skilled in training others and leading group sessions
- A client-focused approach with a commitment to exceptional service
- Sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all billing and collections activities
