Senior Accountant

This position is responsible for supporting the preparation and review of external reporting documents, including 8-K Earnings Release, 10-Q, 10-K, and Annual Report. The Senior Accountant will assist the Reporting Manager with the timely completion of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statement filings with the SEC and various other statutory reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Big 4 or Large Public and CPA preferred, or parts passed
• 2+ years public accounting or corporate internal audit experience
• SEC experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management is a plus
