Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Central Data Science team within the Life Sciences & Healthcare (LS&H) organization in Barcelona. This is an exceptional opportunity to work across our LS&H portfolio and contribute to solutions that make a real difference in patients’ lives around the world.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python, including use of ML libraries (such as pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end ML solutions, from data extraction and preprocessing to model development, validation, and deploy.
- Demonstrated experience communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders, including presenting insights across teams and business units.
