Clarity Pediatrics is a pediatric chronic care company that is redefining the way families receive care for their children. We are seeking a Physician Liaison to fuel the growth of our clinician referral network and develop long lasting relationships with doctors, nurses, and practice administrators.
Requirements
- Fuel growth of our clinician referral network by identifying, targeting and developing long lasting relationships with doctors, nurses, medical assistants, and practice administrators.
- Plan, organize and execute field-based product promotion activities in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory standards.
- Meet or exceed goals and objectives for designated product portfolio and other KPIs (key performance indicators).
- Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field, meeting with providers, clinical managers, nurses and staff at pediatric practices and healthcare systems within an approximately 1 hour driving radius of your territory.
- Provide competitive insights and market intelligence regarding designated territory, provide feedback on marketing materials, and influence the development of our customer experience and patient/provider product offerings.
- Communicate the concerns of external providers to Commercial team partners and internal leadership and provide follow up
- Document activities, events and other territory management activities in CRM system according to Commercial team processes; other administrative duties may be assigned
- Display Clarity Pediatrics’ values as a brand ambassador both in and outside the office
- Demonstrate leadership among peers by consistent communication, application and modeling of the appropriate compliance, behavior and conduct
- Manage appropriate utilization of resources such as budget, marketing materials, and peer to peer programs to engage and create impact with healthcare professionals.
