Job Description
We’re hiring Software Engineers to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade, cloud-hosted applications that power Clario’s healthcare technology platform. You’ll work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to deliver secure, resilient, and high-performing solutions.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable applications and services in C#/.NET
- Build and consume RESTful APIs, integrate with databases (SQL Server), and optimize performance
- Contribute to front-end features using AngularJS where applicable, ensuring usability and accessibility
- Implement automated testing and participate in CI/CD workflows; improve delivery reliability
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps in a fast-paced Agile environment; participate in code reviews
- Troubleshoot production issues across application, infrastructure, and data layers; drive root cause resolution
- Influence architecture and technical direction; propose pragmatic solutions that balance speed and quality
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership commensurate with level (Lead engineers own technical outcomes and cross-team alignment)
- Document designs, decisions, and operational runbooks to ensure clarity and continuity
