Customer Success Associate

Clarify is seeking a Customer Success Associate to focus on delivering impact at existing hospital, health system, and payer customers. This role is ideal for former customer success associates, healthcare management consultants, health IT implementation analysts, and/or healthcare operations analysts. The position requires an independent problem solver with strong communication and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of progressive customer-facing healthcare consulting/professional services/customer success (experience with a SaaS company strongly preferred)
• 1+ years of healthcare provider, payer, and/or life sciences experience
• Strong project management skills (PMP certification a plus)
• Flexible and adaptable to ambiguous, changing environments
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality outputs
