Manager, CRR III

Claratel Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality, semi-independent support services in our Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) Level 3 transitional housing program.

Requirements

• Program Oversight
• Staff Supervision and Management
• Education: H.S. Diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Public Health, or a related field preferred
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a behavioral health or substance use disorder setting, Residential experience preferred
• Knowledge/Skills: Thorough knowledge of Georgia DBHDD rules and regulations, Familiarity with clinical documentation standards, Medicaid billing, and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
