Clinician-Housing Support Program

The Housing Support Clinician will provide multiple supports to assist individuals living in permanent subsidized housing to promote ongoing housing stability, wellness, independence, recovery, and community integration.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Associate license or eligibility to receive associate license (within 12 months of hire)
• One year experience providing clinical/case management/community support service or similar, preferred
• Proficient with technology, electronic health records, and the following computer applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong interpersonal skills, lead as a positive team player, enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and foster relationships with various stakeholders
