Job Description
Join Claratel Behavioral Health as an Adult Case Manager and become a key player in transforming lives through recovery-focused, community-based care. As a case manager, you will help adults navigate mental health services, achieve goals outlined in their Individual Recovery Plans (IRPs), and foster connections to natural supports and community resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or related field
- 1+ years’ experience in behavioral health or case management (preferred)
- Tech-savviness and comfort using electronic records, phones, and telehealth tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (defensive driving training provided)
- A team-first mindset and a passion for helping others succeed
