Requirements
- Conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers
- Operate a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently
- Have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience
- Stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs)
- Bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers
- Provide excellent service throughout customers' visits
- Possess a strong grasp of mathematics for tasks such as inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling
- Be a driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Be self-motivated and organized, with some stores requiring work alone at times
- Stay up to date with the latest trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales
- Create a curated fashion look with product during shifts
