Sr. HRIS Analyst (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance the Claire's HRIS. This role serves as the technical subject matter expert for assigned HR functional areas and is responsible for ensuring data integrity, configuration of system requirements, managing integrations, developing complex reports, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of HRIS experience, including hands-on UKG configuration and support
• UKG certification is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and follow structured procedures
• High level of customer service and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users
