Facilities Manager

We are looking for a Facilities Manager with a strong leadership background to join our team. The role manages facility operations across multiple manufacturing buildings and locations, ensuring minimal downtime, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective operations that support production and business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of facilities management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience managing multiple buildings or locations
• Excellent organizational skills and project management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
• Ability to travel between sites as required
• Ability to walk manufacturing floors and access equipment areas
• Occasional lifting, climbing, or use of PPE required
• Flexible schedule availability for emergencies or off-shift work
• Must be able to prioritize and manage numerous tasks
