Job Description
CJ Logistics is seeking a Bilingual (Korean/English) Ocean Import/Export Coordinator to operate on-site for ocean freight movements and ensure compliance. This role involves tracking, updating, and ensuring timely service to customers, while managing the shipping process and building vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments daily
- Prior experience in logistics, cargo management, supply chain, customer service, dispatcher, warehouse, logistics specialist, administrative assistant, data entry, transportation, and logistics analyst is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and analytical skills
- Prior experiences in logistics, cargo management, supply chain, customer service, dispatcher, warehouse, logistics specialist, administrative assistant, data entry, transportation, and logistics analyst is preferred
