Group Chief Accountant

Join a leading CEE consultancy with 750+ employees in 20+ countries and become a Group Chief Accountant. You'll play a key role in driving excellence in financial operations and accounting across an international group. The role involves setting accounting standards, managing group consolidation, participating in software implementation, and ensuring the quality of accounting services. The position offers a hybrid work model with at least twice-weekly office presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and team management
• Excellent knowledge of Accounting and Tax Accounting reporting in Lithuania
• Advanced level of English and Lithuanian language
• Prior experience in consolidating an international group of companies, including experience of consolidation software implementation, would be a strong plus
• Problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience in managing teams of accountants
• Working experience in dynamic international teams would be an advantage
• Deep experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Rivile accounting system
