Job Description
CEC Martinsburg is seeking a Water Resources Engineer to join their team, primarily focused on projects related to wastewater and water design. The role involves collaboration with clients, contractors, and local government officials, and includes project management, budget preparation, and mentoring junior engineers. Requirements
- 5-15 years’ experience
- B.S. in Chemical, Environmental or Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineering License (P.E.) preferred
- Ability to develop and mentor staff
- Ability to prepare or review technical Civil Engineering/Utility deliverables
- Ability to prepare proposals
- Ability to interface with clients
- Preferred knowledge of public utility funding and design process for WV
