Environmental Engineering Principal

Cecil Environmental Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Principal to shape the growth of their Environmental Practice. This role involves managing client relationships, developing new business, managing projects, and providing senior direction on Environmental projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, environmental science, or related fields.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Geology, or related field (MS a plus);
• Professional license;
• 10+ years' experience managing environmental projects including remediation and brownfields.
• Successful track record of direct client management and business development.
• Knowledge of federal and state Administrative Code regulations for air, water/wastewater and solid waste.
• LSRP registration
• Permitting/compliance experience.
• Regulatory reporting program experience (e.g. EPCRA, NPDES);
• SPCC/SWPPP compliance.
