Job Description
Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager for their Knoxville office. The role involves leading project teams responsible for land development and site design for commercial, residential, and institutional projects, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. Requirements
- Manage site development and civil engineering projects from proposal through construction.
- Lead the design and review of site layout, grading, stormwater systems, utilities, and erosion control.
- Prepare and oversee technical reports, plans, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business development.
