Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will oversee office and facility services, interact with landlords, plan and execute client events, and coordinate logistics for internal meetings and conferences. This part-time position will support the Corpus Christi and Houston staff and offices.

Requirements

• High School diploma - preferred B.A./B.S. in English, Marketing, Business or related degree
• 2-3 years of experience in an office environment (Assistant) /5+ years of experience in an office environment (Manager)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and Adobe
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work with technical professionals and manage workflow expectations and deadlines
• Ability to anticipate workload issues and proactively take steps to assure work is completed on time
• Ability to multi-task in order to meet short and long term deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write professionally
• Ability to plan and execute employee and client business development events
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and tact
